Leadership Opportunity: Drive Efficiency and Service Delivery

A seasoned leader in infrastructure engineering is sought to collaborate closely with CTO portfolio leaders and CIO teams to drive efficiency, optimization, and service delivery. This key leadership position champions service excellence, upholds platform stability, security, and resilience, enabling clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end operating model within FTS.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and drive high stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Act as the single point of accountability for technology service provisioning.
  • Execute enterprise-wide programs and initiatives aligned with strategy.
  • Drive adoption and enhancement of strategic technology tools.
  • Combine technical and commercial acumen to enable business profitability.
  • Optimize technology utilization across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leverage initiative management, AI Ops, automation, and lifecycle management to drive efficient technology outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 20+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, compute, storage technologies, operating systems, database, middleware, cloud, container, and network services.
  • 10+ years of experience in the banking and financial services industry.
  • 15+ years of experience in managing global teams and delivering technology service solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science.
  • Demonstrated expertise in ITSM, SRE, Automation, and Telemetry/AI Ops.

Prior Experience Preferred:

  • 15+ years of experience driving transformational improvements in infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to manage third-party processors, hardware & software vendors, and external infrastructure providers.
  • Knowledge of ITIL controls and adherence to compliance processes.
