Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire process of share transfers, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth transfer processes, including obtaining necessary approvals and preparing required documentation.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of share ownership and all related transactions.

Partners' Financial Maintenance:

  • Ensure timely maintenance of financial records and books of partners, including preparation and update of financial statements.
  • Prepare and update financial statements for partners, including calculating profit shares and supporting audit processes.

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports: monthly, quarterly, and annual, analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Present actionable findings to management, providing insights for informed decision-making.

Compliance & Governance:

  • Ensure adherence to internal control systems, company policies, and applicable laws/regulations.
  • Assist in establishing and implementing best practices for finance operations to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Collaboration and Support:

  • Work closely with other finance team members, auditors, and external parties to ensure seamless operations and compliance.
  • Provide support for finance-related projects as required, including process improvements and system upgrades.

Requirements:

  • CMA qualification (Cost & Management Accountant), fully qualified or in advanced stage.
  • At least 2 years of experience in finance operations, specifically in share transfers and partners' books maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards.
  • Proficient user of accounting software; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
