Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing vendor payments, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with the finance manager to drive business growth and provide exceptional support to the organization.

About the Role:

  • Maintain and close monthly books of accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle GST, TDS compliance, and related filings, ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
  • Manage vendor payments, invoices, payroll, receivables, and payables, optimizing cash flow and reducing costs.
  • Support monthly reviews, annual audits, and statutory audits, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist with information security audits and compliance communication, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Lead operational tasks, such as travel bookings, performance appraisals, and onboarding/offboarding processes.

Requirements:

  • CA (preferred), CA Inter, or MBA Finance degree.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance/accounts, with a strong understanding of financial principles and regulations.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, with proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of English.
  • Highly organized, goal-oriented, and proactive, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
