Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Support Professional to collaborate with our leadership team. This role is perfect for an individual who excels at multitasking, is proactive, and has excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage calendars, schedules, travel arrangements, and personal logistics
- Coordinate transportation needs, ensuring timely arrivals and departures
- Track important dates, events, and commitments; ensure prompt execution
- Oversee personal supplies, including supplements, grooming items, and essentials
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, scheduling regular servicing and maintenance
- Handle gifting, printing, parcel pickups/deliveries, and event planning
- Foster relationships with external vendors, service providers, and partners
- Lead the execution of daily operations: schedules, workflows, communications, and follow-ups
- Monitor attendance, payroll, payouts, and team bandwidth
- Ensure clear meeting documentation: notes, insights, and actionable follow-ups
- Leverage Notion, Asana, Google Workspace, and AI tools to streamline workflows
- Collaborate with leadership on brand strategy, pitches, and business development
- Conduct research, audits, and prepare strategic presentations
- Track accountability across stakeholders and projects
- Deliver personalized fitness sessions as required
- Design and adapt fitness programs, track progress, and ensure safe, effective sessions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related fields
- 1-2 years of experience in executive support, operations, or related roles
- Certified personal trainer (preferred) or demonstrable training experience
- Valid driving license (mandatory)
- Proactive attitude with strong personal ownership
- Highly reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Knowledge of fitness training and wellness practices
- Calm under pressure, adaptable to shifting priorities
- Proactive problem-solver with high ownership and confidentiality
- Willingness to go above and beyond
