
Support Resolution Specialist

Job Role:
A highly skilled and organized individual is required to provide technical and general support resolution to clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for receiving and responding to incoming calls, chats, and emails in multiple languages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve device and networking issues reported by users, acting as a liaison between customers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Identify and assist in resolving all issues identified during regular operations, using problem-solving skills to think on your feet.
- Communicate with managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables and escalate issues when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills in multiple languages.
- Ability to work in a rotational shift schedule, including night shifts.
- Extremely organized with an appreciation for process and documentation.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Technical support experience and strong troubleshooting skills.
