Remote IT Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Remote IT Specialist to provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. The ideal candidate will respond to support requests, diagnose issues, and provide timely and effective solutions.

This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working independently and have excellent analytical skills. You will be responsible for documenting issues and resolutions, contributing to knowledge bases, and collaborating with other teams to improve product performance.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field and experience with AI and cloud solutions is a plus.
