Senior Strategic Advisor

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Strategic Advisor to lead our research and advisory services across various business segments, markets, etc.

The ideal candidate should possess an MBA/Postgraduate in Business Management from a reputed institute and have expertise in providing expert guidance on policies, product strategy, and implementation for digital payment platforms.

  • Provide strategic insights on market trends and competitor benchmarks to advise on new initiatives.
  • Represent the company in high-level discussions, committees, and working groups.
  • Lead research and advisory services by analysing market trends and preparing strategic reports.

The role also involves facilitating coordination between internal teams and external partners for seamless integration and rollout, supervising and reviewing ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals, driving cross-functional coordination for successful implementation of new systems or upgrades, contributing to policy creation and updates to align with RBI norms and global best practices, serving as a subject matter expert (SME) in the digital payments domain, promoting innovation within the company by evaluating new technologies and their applicability, preparing strategic reports, policy notes, and board-level presentations, and communicating insights, risks, and progress clearly to senior leadership and external partners.
