Lead Technology Strategist

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our technology function and contribute to the growth of our global ministry. This role demands an expert in IT leadership with experience in managing complex systems, ensuring secure infrastructure, driving software innovation, and integrating emerging technologies.

The successful candidate will oversee software development, digital transformation, and IT operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives. We value strong communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Digital Transformation: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple software projects, mobile apps, and web platforms to expand our outreach.
  • IT Infrastructure: Supervise IT infrastructure teams for cloud and on-premise server management, networks, and telecom systems to ensure high uptime, scalability, and minimal call drops.
  • Cybersecurity: Establish robust cybersecurity frameworks to protect prayer data, donor information, and ministry systems, including cloud-based CCTV surveillance systems across 104 Prayer Towers.
  • Database Management: Lead database management teams for high-performance, secure, and scalable systems, ensuring data accuracy, privacy, and compliance with Indian and international regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership in large-scale IT operations with 10+ years of experience.
  • Expertise in software development, DevOps, and emerging technologies.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of networking, cloud systems (AWS/Azure), and CCTV cloud monitoring.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to align IT with business objectives.
