Site Operations Manager

The Role Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our plant operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in managing teams, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining a safe working environment.

About You:

  • A minimum of 15-20 years of experience in overseeing manufacturing plant operations is required. You should possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry from a reputable institution.
  • You must have strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide your team towards achieving production targets. Excellent communication and decision-making skills are essential for this role.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • To plan, organize, and oversee all day-to-day plant operations and maintenance activities.
  • To achieve production, maintenance, quality, dispatch, and safety targets by monitoring, coordinating, directing, and facilitating production and maintenance teams.
  • To establish and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality check protocols to identify and resolve issues during production.
  • To manage a team of production supervisors and employees, providing guidance and support to ensure their development and effective performance.
  • To maintain compliance with regulatory matters like MPCB and DISH.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
