
Leading Customer Retention Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to oversee customer interactions, promote subscription purchases, and resolve outstanding overages.
This key position involves contacting customers whose trials have expired, facilitating purchases, processing orders, and addressing account issues. You will also track follow-ups, monitor outcomes, and generate reports on critical metrics like conversions and account actions.
The ideal candidate should possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel software, basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, strong analytical skills, organizational abilities, problem-solving skills, experience in customer service, effective communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce and experience in Zendesk.
Main Responsibilities- Resolve outstanding overages or encourage subscription purchases post-trial expiration.
- Process orders promptly after the customer reaches out and sends purchase confirmation.
- Maintain detailed records of follow-ups and interactions.
- Generate reports on key metrics such as conversion rates from trials to purchases and accounts suspended due to non-response.
