">">Test cooked foods to determine if they have been prepared to a safe internal temperature.
">">Monitor food quality while preparing food to ensure it meets company standards.
">">Set up and break down work stations, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
">">Serve food in proper portions onto suitable receptacles to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
">">Wash and disinfect kitchen areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment regularly to prevent cross-contamination.
