Key Responsibilities

  • To manage, guide, and develop comprehensive SAP landscape architectures for customers across various industries.
  • Analyzing customer needs and requirements to deliver bespoke technical solutions on the SAP RISE platform.

About this role:

This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with SAP presales teams, gaining valuable insights into customer landscapes and infrastructure. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing architectural strategies for SAP customers, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance on the SAP RISE platform.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver in-depth technical assessments and workshops to customers, covering network architecture, HA concepts, and RACI reviews.
  • Provide detailed turn-over documentation to delivery teams, ensuring smooth project execution and minimizing risks.
  • Work closely with sales teams to validate customer selections and provide feedback on product viability.
  • Perform early watch reports and technical data analysis to optimize hardware selection and sizing.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of customer projects.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in CAA roles or equivalent positions, with expertise in SAP Basis, HANA, S/4HANA, migration/upgrades, and cloud technologies (AWS, MS Azure, GCP).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in customer-facing communication, articulation, and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience working on multiple customer engagements and handling complex technical challenges is essential.
