What you'll do

As a Developer, you will work with Senior Developer, Architects and Product managers to plan & deliver key enhancements and features in the SAP Ariba Sourcing product.

• Tasks would include Designing, coding, testing, and quality assurance of complex product features.
• Work closely with Product managers, Architects, User interaction designers, QA engineers and Scrum master
• Building proof-of-concepts.
• Plays an integral role in the entire software development lifecycle, including participation in design sessions, defining functional requirements, working with development teams, and testing.
• Take part in technical discission within (or) cross team leads to design solution with scalable, maintainable and sustainable with volume of customer usage
• Ensure the technical standards and good practices are implemented.
• Be a motivated, self-starter who can operate with minimal handholding.
• Complete the deliverables with high quality and within the set timeframe.
• Drive continuous improvements with focus on quality, usability, and maintainability.

What you'll bring:

• Minimum 3-8 years of Experience with the design & development of scalable, secure, reliable and high[1]availability SaaS Products.

Must Have:

• Java and Spring 6+ with clean coding practices. ORM tools like JPA / Hibernate.
• JavaScript and Typescript. Experience with any UI library
• Microservices Architecture – Practical experience in developing and deploying microservices, inter[1]service communication (REST, Kafka, etc).
• CI/CD – Experience with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
• API Testing Tools – Postman, Bruno, or similar.
• Understanding of SQL and working with databases like SAP HANA or others
• Experience on any Cloud technology (AWS / GCP / Azure).
• Knowledge of Unit / Integration testing.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Good to have:

• Exposure to Gen AI, LLM usage and integration in business applications.
• Exposure to modular Maven / Gradle applications.
• Event-driven architecture.
• Experience using tools like JIRA for tracking tasks and bugs
