The company aims to automate manual workflows and create intelligent systems that scale strategy and performance without increasing team size.

We are seeking an experienced information security professional to lead efforts in safeguarding our information systems, networks, and data against internal and external threats while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an information security strategy, policies, standards, and procedures to protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of security architectures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption solutions, and other security technologies.
  • Lead security awareness and training programs for employees to foster a culture of security awareness throughout the organisation.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks across all aspects of Pixis' operations, including applications, infrastructure, and third-party vendors.
  • Monitor and analyse security incidents and breaches, coordinating incident response activities to minimise impact and prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security requirements into business processes and systems development life cycles.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging threats, industry trends, and best practices in cybersecurity, assessing their potential impact on Pixis' security posture.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies, auditors, and other external stakeholders on information security and compliance matters.
  • Provide regular reports to executive leadership and the board of directors on the state of Pixis' information security program, including key metrics, risks, and initiatives.
