Lead Cybersecurity Specialist

A distinguished cybersecurity leader is sought for a challenging role. The successful candidate will oversee the security incident response within a 24x7 SOC environment, ensuring timely and effective response.

Responsibilities
  • Guide operation teams to maintain the lifecycle of on-premises and cloud-based security solutions.
  • Manage response to security incidents, ongoing security requests, and coordinate remediation activities.
  • Develop and maintain incident response playbooks and procedures.
  • Participate in industry cyber forums and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant information security experience working with global exchanges or financial firms.
  • Solid knowledge of cloud technologies, cloud security architecture, design, and operations.
  • Experience with SecDevOps principles, Security Automation, and Orchestration.
  • Knowledge of industry best-practice approaches to IT system design, implementation, operation, and management.
  • Certification in information security (e.g., CISSP, CCSP) and strong communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field.
Competency and Behavioral Skills
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity.
  • Knowledge of IT operation, cybersecurity assessment, and cybersecurity products.
  • Certification in project management framework is an advantage.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Vulnerability Management: Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and prioritize remediation activities.
  • Security Tools Operation: Manage TCO for security solutions and operate various security tools.
  • Threat and Vulnerability Identification: Assist in identifying and evaluating security threats and vulnerabilities.
