Cybersecurity Leadership Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to lead our Cyber Academy, driving the development and execution of comprehensive cybersecurity training programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of cybersecurity domains, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a strategic vision for the Cyber Academy, aligning it with the overall goals of the organization.
  • Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and maintain cybersecurity training courses, workshops, and certifications.
  • Academic Collaborations: Engage with leading universities and academies to design and develop curriculum for cyber security capacity building.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in working or managing a cyber security-related training program.
  • Technical Knowledge: Good technical knowledge of cybersecurity domains, including network security, cloud security, incident response, and more.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
