
Cybersecurity Operations Manager

Job Description
\This role is responsible for overseeing Cybersecurity operations within a region. The individual will serve as the primary point of contact for Cybersecurity matters and be accountable for managing Sites Cybersecurity Officers.
\The key responsibilities include:

- Acting as the Cybersecurity point of contact for the region, coordinating with stakeholders such as Group CISO, legal representatives, customers, partners, and suppliers.\
- Functionally managing Sites Cybersecurity Officers, including organizing regular meetings, relaying communications, and ensuring compliance with Valeo ISSP.\
- Deploying Valeo ISSP within the region, assessing and improving the level of Cybersecurity at different sites.\
- Coordinating Cybersecurity incidents in the region, ensuring swift resolution with Sites Cybersecurity Officers and Group CIRT.\
- Providing reporting to Continental IS Directors on non-classified Cybersecurity matters.\
- Requesting exemptions to Valeo ISSP when necessary to fulfill regional laws or regulations.\
- Acting as internal Cybersecurity risk auditor for other regions upon request.\
- Contributing to the evolution of Valeo ISSP and Group Cybersecurity programs.\
- Proposing initiatives to improve regional Cybersecurity, standards, and KPIs.\
- Serving as delegate to perform specific missions for Group CISO.\
- Participating in external security assessments and acting as delegate for Group CISO.\
- Developing knowledge of Sites Cybersecurity Officers, managing their training, and defining improvement plans.\
- Performing or controlling risk assessments for projects, sites, and third parties.\
- Evaluating and ensuring compliance with regional Cybersecurity policies and procedures.\
- Collaborating with Sites Cybersecurity Officers to ensure all non-compliances and abnormal events are raised and addressed promptly.\
- Informing Continental IS Directors on regional Cybersecurity activities and progress.\
- Coordinating with Group CIRT to resolve Cybersecurity incidents.\
- Communicating Cybersecurity best practices and standards to Sites Cybersecurity Officers.\
- Ensuring Sites Cybersecurity Officers have necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.\
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of regional Cybersecurity policies and procedures.\
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance regional Cybersecurity.\
- Ensuring alignment with Group Cybersecurity policies and procedures.\
- Maintaining accurate records of regional Cybersecurity activities and incidents.\
- Providing guidance and support to Sites Cybersecurity Officers on Cybersecurity matters.\
- Coordinating with regional teams to ensure effective Cybersecurity governance.\
- Participating in regular Cybersecurity meetings to discuss regional activities and initiatives.\
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and emerging threats to regional Cybersecurity.\
- Collaborating with international teams to share best practices and experiences.\
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and cooperation.\
- Enhancing regional Cybersecurity capabilities through training and development programs.\
- Implementing Cybersecurity awareness campaigns to educate employees on regional Cybersecurity policies and procedures.\
- Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with regional Cybersecurity policies and procedures.\
- Providing expert advice on regional Cybersecurity matters to stakeholders.\
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care.\\
Required Skills and Qualifications
\To succeed in this role, you should have:

- Above 10 years of relevant experience in Cybersecurity.\
- Worked in an international company in a multicultural environment.\
- Knowledge and experience linked to Cybersecurity standards (ISO 2700x, NIST, NIS…).\
- Knowledge and experience in technical topics such as malware, patch management, firewalling….\
- Other infrastructure / network / system / database / application experience.\
- Team management experience.\
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.\
- Proficiency in languages such as English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.\
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to data protection and privacy.\\
