This Senior Business Analyst position involves working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Data Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of data to identify trends, correlations, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Data Visualization: Develop interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Predictive Modeling: Develop statistical models to forecast future performance and optimize decision-making processes.
  • Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and engineering teams to understand analytics requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Communication: Present findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a product-based company.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Mixpanel or similar product analytics tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and convert data into strategic insights.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
