Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Content Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating engaging and effective learning content across various modalities, including eLearning, videos, microlearning modules, knowledge base articles, virtual instructor-led training sessions, blended learning journeys, job aids, and assessments.

The successful candidate will collaborate directly with subject matter experts to understand needs analyses, gather information, iterate, and ensure content accuracy and efficacy. They will utilize a variety of authoring tools and technologies, such as interactive content authoring tools, learning management systems, video editing software, and project management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and revise learning content that meets business objectives
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality content
  • Utilize authoring tools and technologies to create engaging content
  • Manage operational aspects of assigned programs, including project management, content versioning, and stakeholder communications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in training, instructional design, learning experience design, and learning development
  • Strong proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with graphic design tools and emerging technologies
  • Certification in instructional design or related fields
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements for training programs in a global organization
