Job Title: Software Release Coordinator

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced software release coordinator to play a key role in our organization’s IT infrastructure. As a seasoned IT professional, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination with cross-functional teams, aligning work with sprint cycles and product roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with development teams, system engineers, and QA teams to manage all environments, including development, QA, UAT, and production.
  • Refresh environments by working alongside development and QA teams, ensuring optimal performance and stability.
  • Manage releases for multiple platforms, partnering with operations teams to provide pre-deployment, deployment, and post-release support.
  • Work with the scrum master to schedule releases, aligning work with sprint cycles and product roadmaps.
  • Be available to work nights and weekends as required by the release schedule.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, encompassing all phases of the software development lifecycle.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT release management, with a strong understanding of Agile development principles.
  • Experience applying appropriate principles, standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with formal software test events, Agile frameworks, and requirements verification traceability matrix (RVTM).
  • Ability to structure thinking and coordinate cross-functional teams to task completion.
  • Experience in Salesforce deployment and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
