Job Title: Floor Incharge

Overview of the Role:

We are seeking a diligent and well-organized individual to fill the position of Floor Incharge. This role entails coordinating daily classroom activities, maintaining discipline, supporting faculty members, and assisting with backend tasks such as test coordination and technical setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange equipment prior to classes, including laptops, projectors, and microphones.
  • Distribute class materials and handouts on time.
  • Accurately maintain student attendance records.
  • Support invigilation of online and offline tests.
  • Ensure discipline and decorum in classrooms and common areas.
  • Assist faculty in running sessions smoothly, including AV support and basic tech troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for equipment or software issues.
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of classrooms before and after sessions.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree is required.
  • Freshers are welcome; prior experience in academic operations or the education sector is beneficial.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle routine technical issues.
  • Professionalism, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
