About the role: We are seeking freelance presenters to deliver engaging lessons on leadership skills, life skills, and accelerated learning methodologies. The content for delivery will be provided, and your task is to bring it to life with your presentation skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering curriculum-based lessons to school students as provided by the organization.
  • Presentation skills involve confidently and vibrantly presenting in front of the camera, engaging and motivating students throughout the lesson.
  • Adapting your delivery style to the age and background of the audience.
  • Fostering interactive and positive classroom experiences.
  • Collaborating with the academic team for session coordination, rehearsal, and feedback.
  • Submitting required reports after class sessions as per guidelines.

Required Qualification:

  • Demonstrated or prior experience in teaching/presenting on camera (sample video required).
  • Strong communication and engaging personality suitable for young audiences.
  • Ability to deliver educational content in one of Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam languages.
  • Passion for student empowerment through leadership and life skills education.
  • Willingness to receive and act upon feedback to continuously improve class delivery.
