Student Counsellor Role Summary

Empowering students to make informed decisions about their university applications is at the heart of our Student Counsellor role. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal part in providing impartial advice and support to students navigating the complex world of international education.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and confidently. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and good typing skills are essential for this role.

We seek an individual with prior experience in counselling students, preferably in the study abroad sector. The ability to work flexibly and adjust working hours to meet the needs of the company is also crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize student needs and provide personalized guidance on university selection and application processes.
  • Develop and deliver engaging presentations and talks to students via webinars and virtual counseling sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
  • Provide clear and concise information to students, addressing all inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
