Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced software developer who is passionate about mentoring and teaching.

This role is perfect for someone who has worked extensively with modern enterprise tech stacks and now wants to train and guide the next generation of developers through structured classroom sessions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, React.js, and SQL/Databases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver structured classroom sessions on topics including front-end foundations, back-end development, databases, DevOps & Deployment, software engineering practices, and real-world projects.
  • Guide students through in-class practical and real-world projects.
  • Provide mentorship, code reviews, and feedback aligned with industry best practices.
  • Prepare learners for enterprise environments (scalable systems, security, maintainability).
Requirements:
  • 5–10+ years industry experience as a software developer / senior engineer.
  • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, React.js, and SQL/Databases.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD), Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Hands-on knowledge of Git workflows, testing frameworks, design patterns.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
