About the Role
  • Lead and co-manage a portfolio of existing clients to drive revenue growth and optimize client satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for assigned products and customer markets to achieve business objectives.
  • Promote the company's services through responses to RFPs and business proposals for potential clients.
  • Evaluate and mitigate service level risks, implementing strategies for remediation when necessary.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers to ensure client retention and growth.
  • Mentor and guide team members to improve efficiency in meeting individual and team targets.
  • Oversee operations delivery for multiple sites and enable support across locations.

About You

  • Proven experience in Insurance operations with a strong understanding of the U.S. insurance ecosystem.
  • Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with Broker Operations or P&C insurance lifecycle – pre-placement, placement, and post-placement activities.
  • A thorough understanding of distribution, brokerage, technology platforms, data, and analytics sources in the market.
  • Experience engaging with senior-level executives to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
