Job Description Description

The Business Manager-Insurance will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our insurance business segment. This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, and team management to ensure we meet our business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals in the insurance sector.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to foster business development.
  • Prepare and present reports on business performance and forecasts to senior management.
  • Manage a team of insurance professionals to ensure high levels of customer service and compliance with regulations.
  • Lead negotiations with clients and vendors to secure profitable contracts and partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze financial metrics to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Must take care of Private Car, Health, Group Health (GMC), WCA, Jewel Block, Liability,
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4-10 years of experience in business management or a related role within the insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address business challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business management software.
  • Candidates from Agency, Broking, Insurance Company or other Financial companies are applicable
