Job Title: Insurance Operations Senior Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and process insurance claims according to established protocols.
  • Calculate COB (Coordination of Benefit) for patients' responsibilities and perform insurance calculations.
  • Familiarize and navigate multiple client applications to capture necessary information for claim processing.

Requirements include 0-1 year of experience in healthcare BPO, a university degree or equivalent with 3 years of formal studies, good typing skills with a minimum speed of 25 WPM, experience using Windows PC applications with keyboard navigation and learning new software tools, effective communication skills in English for exchanging information with clients, ability to work scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday, 06:00 PM to 04:00 AM, and flexibility to accommodate business requirements.
