About Us

The Warranty Administrator position is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately processing warranty claims, utilizing strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify repair orders against systems and prepare claims for submission.
  • Accurately review, code, and process warranty claims.
  • Maintain records, update claim notes daily, and track aging claims.
  • Communicate with US-based dealership staff to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
  • Prior experience in warranty processing (Ford, GM, or Chrysler) is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work overnight hours aligned with US Central Standard Time.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home office setup.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
