About This Role:

The position of Accounting Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Timesheet & Billing team. Key responsibilities include processing timesheets, generating invoices, preparing monthly hours and sales reports, coordinating with Payroll, Audit, and Assignment teams, managing miscellaneous invoices, recording miscellaneous income/revenue in the accounting system, approving payroll & billing adjustments, resolving timesheet and pay-related issues, monitoring audit queries, reviewing contracts for billing, tracking contract amendments, handling billing disputes from AR & Audit Teams, ensuring timely execution of month-end checkpoints, and managing tenure discount communications.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the Timesheet & Billing team.
  2. Process timesheets and generate invoices.
  3. Prepare monthly hours and sales reports.
  4. Coordinate with Payroll, Audit, and Assignment teams.
  5. Manage and submit miscellaneous invoices.
  6. Record miscellaneous income/revenue in the accounting system.
  7. Approve payroll & billing adjustments.
  8. Resolve timesheet and pay-related issues.
  9. Monitor and respond to audit queries.
  10. Review contracts for billing, MSP fees, discounts, payment terms, and other accounting clauses.
  11. Track contract amendments and notify relevant teams.
  12. Handle billing disputes from AR & Audit Teams.
  13. Ensure timely execution of month-end checkpoints.
  14. Manage tenure discount communications.
