NetSuite Financial Operations Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Financial Operations Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on all aspects of financial operations in NetSuite.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of NetSuite's financial functionality, including record-to-report processes, general ledger management, and financial reporting. You will work closely with finance teams to implement, customize, and optimize NetSuite configurations to meet business needs.

Your expertise will enable us to streamline financial processes, improve accuracy and efficiency, and enhance system performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for NetSuite financial operations, providing guidance and training to users.
  • Lead or participate in projects related to financial process improvements, customizations, upgrades, and integrations with NetSuite's financial modules.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes by ensuring timely reconciliations, reporting, and general ledger accuracy.
  • Partner with finance teams to provide NetSuite support, resolve issues, and deliver user training.
  • Monitor audit trails, support audit processes, and ensure system configurations align with audit and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of technology experience, including 6+ years of hands-on NetSuite expertise in financial operations roles.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, general ledger management, and financial reporting.
  • Expertise in key financial processes, including journal entries, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, multi-currency accounting, and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
