We are seeking a Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant to lead the design, implementation and optimization of NetSuite solutions for Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.

This role requires strong expertise in project management methodologies, accounting principles and financial workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with building financial reports, collaborating with Development teams and ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage project scope and identify potential risks or delays. They will also provide mentorship and guidance to team members to ensure successful delivery.

For Procure-to-Pay (P2P), the ideal candidate will have experience in designing and configuring NetSuite solutions to support end-to-end P2P processes. They will optimize workflows for purchase orders, approvals and vendor communication, implement and support NetSuite modules such as Procurement, Accounts Payable and Inventory Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record to Report (R2R): Design, implement and optimize NetSuite solutions for R2R processes
  • Purchase to Pay (P2P): Design and configure NetSuite solutions to support end-to-end P2P processes
  • Project Delivery Lead: Collaborate with stakeholders, develop project plans and coordinate with technical and functional teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or related field
  • 4+ years of experience with NetSuite, including R2R process implementation and support
  • Proven track record in leading and delivering NetSuite implementation projects
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows
  • Proficiency in NetSuite business processes
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational and stakeholder management skills
