Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned NetSuite professional to optimize clients' financial systems and processes for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

This role involves maintaining flawless workflows, configurations, and data integrity while ensuring seamless compliance with SOX and GAAP standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Subject Matter Expert: Leverage extensive knowledge of NetSuite functionality to maintain flawless workflows, configurations, and data integrity, ensuring seamless compliance with SOX and GAAP standards.
  2. Project Lead: Spearhead R2R-related projects, including implementations, migrations, process improvements, customizations, upgrades, and integrations with NetSuite's financial modules.
  3. Close Process Support: Ensure timely reconciliations, reporting, general ledger accuracy, consolidations, and intercompany accounting during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
  4. Partnerships: Collaborate with finance, IT, and external vendors to provide NetSuite support, resolve issues, streamline processes, evaluate automation opportunities, and deliver user training.
  5. Audit Support: Monitor audit trails, support audit processes, generate required reports, and ensure system configurations align with audit and compliance standards.
  6. Project Updates: Provide regular updates to leadership, communicate risks or dependencies, and propose actionable solutions to enhance NetSuite workflows and overall system performance.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Familiarity with integration tools like Celigo, or similar middleware platforms.
  • Knowledge of other financial systems (e.g., Workday, Coupa, Avalara, Salesforce) and how they integrate with NetSuite.
