Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to support our finance operations and business analytics functions. This role offers exposure to international clients, combining core accounting responsibilities with operational and financial performance analysis.

This position involves working on end-to-end finance operations, including expense allocation, reconciliations, and accounting entries. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist in preparing financial reports for internal management and maintain accurate records in the ERP system.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Experience in finance, accounting, or analytics is essential, along with proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of ERP systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day finance operations, including expense allocation, reconciliations, and accounting entries.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports for internal management.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and ensure timely posting of journals.
  • Perform periodic reconciliations of expenses.
  • Provide support in monthly closing activities and ad-hoc finance assignments.
  • Operational & Financial Analytics:
  • Prepare performance dashboards and financial models to analyze business efficiency.
  • Conduct ROI and profitability analysis across teams, projects, and clients.
  • Evaluate channel and process efficiency to drive improvements.
  • Provide actionable insights using Power BI and other visualization tools.
  • Partner with leadership to prepare management reports for decision-making.
Candidate Profile

We seek candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, and 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or analytics. A strong proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of ERP systems are advantageous. Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written) with ability to interact directly with international clients are essential.

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration.
  • 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of ERP systems and Power BI is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
