We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive accounting professional to support our U.S. business operations within the finance team.

This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong background in cost accounting and are proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and reconcile inventory reports to ensure accurate financial data.
  • Analyze and consolidate cost data to support pricing and profitability assessments.
  • Perform timely and accurate reconciliation of bank statements.
  • Apply incoming payments to customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain accounts payable records.
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collections.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Degree in Cost Accounting or related field.
  • Certification in CMA/ICWA.
  • 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably with exposure to U.S. GAAP.
  • Strong English communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel – including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
  • Flexible work hours to ensure effective collaboration with the U.S. team.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP).
