Job Overview:

As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and executing paid marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google. This position requires close collaboration with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are on-brand, performance-driven, and ROI-focused.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Strategy and Execution: Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
  • Keyword Research and Targeting: Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
  • Optimization and Reporting: Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions. Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other performance tools.
  • Ad Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad creatives, copy, and A/B tests that align with our brand voice and aesthetics.
  • Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize returns.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Actionable Insights: Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience running Meta & Google Ads (preferably for D2C/e-commerce brands).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
  • E-commerce Understanding: Understanding of e-commerce funnels, retargeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
  • Creative Mindset: Creative mindset with an eye for impactful ad content and brand alignment.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
