Drive Digital Presence as a Performance Marketing Specialist

A leading provider of customer experience and business transformation services is seeking a talented performance marketing specialist to drive digital presence through strategic social media management.

The role combines creativity with data-driven strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute performance-driven social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
  • Plan, create, and execute targeted social media campaigns using Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Search Ads, and display networks.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign performance, and provide detailed reports on metrics such as engagement, reach, click-through rates (CTR), cost-per-click (CPC), and conversion rates.
  • Build and engage a loyal community by interacting with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering meaningful conversations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in social media management, digital marketing, and performance marketing with knowledge of tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social.
  • Proven track record of running and optimizing paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Search.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other social media ad platforms.
  • Experience in data analysis, campaign optimization, and performance-driven marketing strategies.
