Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our paid marketing strategies. The primary goal is to efficiently acquire new customers, increase Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and grow our brand through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across key channels including social media, search engines, and email marketing.
  • Manage daily campaign operations, including ad setup, bidding strategies, A/B testing, and budget allocation to optimize ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), ROAS, Lifetime Value (LTV), and conversion rates.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns for performance by analyzing audience targeting, ad creative, landing pages, and user journey to improve overall customer experience.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages that align with business objectives.
  • Oversee the management of digital marketing budgets, forecast spending, and allocate resources to the most effective channels.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing role within a B2C or D2C brand.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of key performance metrics including Google Analytics and other analytics tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A passion for skincare and e-commerce industry is a plus.
