People Operations Lead Job Description

This role plays a crucial part in enabling global hiring, optimizing HR processes, ensuring compliance, and enhancing the employee experience. Our People Operations Lead will oversee strategic and operational activities, balancing hands-on execution with long-term planning to support business growth and workforce alignment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior People Operations experience for a USA team and at least one other global market.
  • Experience working in the US and within a small People Operations/Human Resources team.
