Maintenance Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Strategist with a strong background in equipment maintenance for the Oil & Gas Industry.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance strategies to ensure the optimal performance of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect and maintain our facilities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute maintenance schedules.
  • Utilize CMMS tools to track and manage maintenance activities and optimize resource allocation.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their knowledge and skills in maintenance planning and execution.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of relevant technical field experience in equipment maintenance.
  • Proven maintenance planning experience in Oil & Gas Industry.
  • Strong understanding of equipment maintenance and typical issues encountered.
  • Proficiency in CMMS tools.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
