Wet Etch Equipment Specialist

Optimize the performance and efficiency of wet etch equipment by maintaining and troubleshooting 200/300mm Wet Benches and Single wafer processing tools.

  • Maintenance, repair, and corrective/preventive maintenance of mentioned tools.
  • Robot teaching and adjustments for optimal performance.
  • Preventive and corrective maintenance of WET etch equipment.
  • Planning and execution of PM tasks, consumable procurement, and parts management.
  • Complex troubleshooting and resolution of tool issues.
  • Experience with Brooks and Assyst SMIFs.
  • Safe task execution with good housekeeping practices.
  • Knowledge of Mitsubishi/Omron PLC is an added advantage.
  • Understanding of chemical safety principles.

Key responsibilities include optimizing equipment performance, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor wafer FAB equipment maintenance.
  • Degree or Diploma in engineering with relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
  • Positive attitude and team player.
  • Self-driven and ability to work independently or in a team environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting complex equipment, planning and executing maintenance tasks, and providing excellent customer service. A degree or diploma in engineering and relevant experience are essential requirements for this role.
