Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to oversee the maintenance and operation of plant utilities, mechanical and electrical systems, and equipment.

  • Ensure efficient and reliable operation of all critical systems.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
Responsibilities
  1. Plant Utilities: Oversee boilers, chillers, DG sets, water purification systems, and other critical utilities ensuring energy efficiency, minimal downtime, and continuous operation without energy loss.
  2. Electrical Systems: Manage HT/LT electrical systems including transformers, switchgears, panels, cabling, and substations.
  3. Mechanical Utilities: Supervise mechanical utilities and process equipment like HVAC systems, purified water systems, and other critical utilities.
  4. Project Execution: Lead installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment and systems.
  5. Documentation: Prepare and review maintenance documentation, progress reports, SOPs, and ensure timely invoice processing.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve underlying issues in equipment failures and system inefficiencies.
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems for tracking, planning, and optimizing maintenance activities.
  • Accuracy in maintaining technical documentation, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance records.
