Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and provide support for Azure Virtual Desktop infrastructure.
  • Manage the incident and service request process to ensure timely resolution of user issues and requests.
  • Utilize Nexthink for proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
  • Handle access requests and ensure proper permissions are granted according to security policies.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Desired Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in desktop support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office applications.

As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining the IT environment of our clients. This includes implementing and supporting various technologies such as Microsoft Intune and Azure Virtual Desktop.
