  • We are seeking a skilled network professional to join our organization in Lucknow, India.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with LAN, WI-FI, routing, switching, and network security technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with vendors for link downtime or related issues.
  • Detect and respond to incidents proactively, with clear escalation procedures and communication channels.
  • Deliver regular reports on network performance, including bandwidth utilization, latency, uptime, and availability metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
  • Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise Core
  • Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise SD-WAN

  • Manage the Wi-Fi network, ensuring coverage, security, and performance for both office and remote locations.
  • Provide secure, segregated guest Wi-Fi access with appropriate bandwidth controls.
  • Participate in all audits requested by clients, including filling in required forms and collecting relevant data.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of all requested audit materials.
  • Complete all audit questionnaires and related documents as required by clients, ensuring thoroughness and compliance with the scope of the service provided.
