Job Title: IT Infrastructure Support Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and skilled professional to join our IT team as an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of hands-on experience in Windows and macOS environments, basic network troubleshooting, and end-user support.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows and macOS operating systems

  • Troubleshooting hardware issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals

  • Installing, updating, and patching software applications and security tools

  • Providing day-to-day support for Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint

  • Supporting system provisioning via Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot

  • Managing user accounts, groups, and permissions using Active Directory

  • Assisting with system upgrades, data migrations, and routine backups

  • Troubleshooting basic network issues (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi) and VPN connectivity problems

  • Performing basic configuration and support of network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls

  • Assisting in IP address configuration and network printer setup

  • Monitoring and maintaining network performance

  • Responding to IT support tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution

  • Documenting technical issues, solutions, and IT processes accurately

  • Ensuring compliance with IT security policies and industry best practices

  • Managing IT assets and maintaining inventory

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

  • Basic understanding of Firewalls and Layer 2 Switches

  • Familiarity with ITSM tools for ticket management

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
