Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Infrastructure Specialist to lead our team's technical endeavors. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, preferably within an outsourcing or managed services environment.

Key Responsibilities:\
  • \
  • Manage services on messaging and file transfer technologies\
  • Effectively manage MTS services to end users and application teams\
  • Lead a highly skilled team (multi-skilled), onboard skilled resources for user support\
  • Manage projects, ensure cost optimization, and drive results\
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of automation and its best practices\
  • Handle critical escalations and ensure prompt resolution\
  • Work independently, propose innovative ideas, and collaborate globally\
  • Comfortable working in challenging and stressful environments\
  • Demonstrate a good knowledge of infrastructure management and its best practices (availability, service quality, and legacy management)\
  • Exhibit a good knowledge of incident, change, request, and release management\
  • Understand vulnerability management\
  • Understand asset, license, and capacity management\
  • Understand resiliency, DR process, and BCP\
  • Manage projects, reporting, timelines, and publishing dashboards\
  • Ensure resiliency tests/exercises are performed as per recommendations\
  • Participate in supporting applications during applicative DRs

Requirements:\
  • \
  • 4-6 years of experience\
  • Engineering graduate/MCA/Computer Science Graduate or PG
