Job Description:

As a Branch Operations Representative, you will play a pivotal role in managing daily branch operations. Your responsibilities will include handling customer queries, managing sales teams, and ensuring timely cash collections and record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure effective sales strategies are implemented
  • Ensure accurate and timely cash collections and record maintenance
  • Update loan closure cases and reconcile bank accounts
  • Coordinate with local authorities for trade license renewals
  • Timely update of receipts and RC to core systems
  • Empanel new brokers and coordinate with existing brokers for sale of repossessed vehicles
  • Conduct monthly audits of receipts updated and received from collection teams
  • Liaise with various departments including legal, repayment, admin, customer service, and collections
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales and customer management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
