Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead our HR operations for the branch. This role will be responsible for managing all HR activities and supporting business partners effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolving employee queries and concerns efficiently
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
  • Implementing the Discipline Policy and Code of Conduct
  • Maintaining an attrition rate of 5% or below
  • Driving employee engagement initiatives
  • Facilitating action planning, tracking progress, and monitoring adherence to training plans

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, or a related field
  • Significant experience in HR roles within a BPO/Call Center environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in handling employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience as an HR Generalist or Specialist in a BPO/Call Center
  • Expertise in labor relations, employee engagement, and performance management
