We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Critical Relationship Building:
    • Establish strong, long-term connections with key clients by understanding their needs and operational goals.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
    • Stay abreast of client objectives to ensure our services align with their business requirements.
  • Exceptional Customer Service:
    • Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery and proactive communication.
    • Efficiently resolve client issues and complaints while maintaining a positive relationship.
    • Regularly conduct meetings and reviews with clients to evaluate service performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Capacity Optimization:
    • Clearly communicate storage and handling capacity expectations to clients and ensure adherence to allocated capacity.
    • Monitor actual usage versus allocated capacity and collaborate with warehouse teams and clients to stay within allocated limits, making adjustments as needed.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    • Track critical KPIs such as Inward Turnaround Time (TAT), Order Processing TAT, Order Accuracy, and Inventory Accuracy.
    • Implement robust tracking systems for these KPIs, ensuring accurate and timely data collection and analysis.
    • Prepare and present monthly KPI reports to clients, highlighting performance trends and areas for improvement.
  • Operational Challenges and Improvement:
    • Maintain close communication with warehouse teams to gain insights into operational challenges.
    • Analyze root causes of performance challenges to develop effective solutions.
    • Collaborate with operations teams and clients to address operational challenges and improve overall performance.
  • Receivables Management:
    • Monitor and manage account receivables, ensuring timely invoicing and payment collection.
    • Address any billing discrepancies or issues with clients to ensure prompt resolution.
    • Work with finance teams to manage credit limits and payment terms, ensuring financial stability.
  • Client Profitability Analysis:
    • Analyze client profitability to identify areas where revenue can be enhanced through better commercial negotiation.
    • Identify unbilled costs and ensure recovery from clients.
    • Identify areas for efficiency improvement or cost reduction for clients without compromising our profitability.
