A key member of our team, you will lead the development and execution of innovative activation strategies to drive business outcomes. Your role will involve creating annual sets of activities calendars, managing consumer databases, and analyzing campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop clear brand plans and execute them effectively. 2. Ensure a strong strategy for each sub-brand, with measurable goals and objectives. 3. Build and maintain a consumer database for future retargeting. 4. Drive participation in rural and higher events like Mela, Fairs, and regional festivals. 5. Optimize costs through negotiation and identify new engagement touch points.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of activation and event management. • Creativity in developing innovative solutions. • Excellent collaboration and people management skills. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Analytical skills with expertise in metrics like productivity, sales lift, and brand health.
