Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Exceptional Support: Provide high-quality responses to customer queries, adhering to our standard operating procedures to ensure smooth and efficient interactions.
  • Be a Customer Advocate: Listen to customer needs and guide them through utilizing product features that make a difference.
  • Dive into Problem-Solving: Analyze and report product issues by exploring different scenarios or stepping into the customer's shoes.
  • Keep Knowledge Sharp: Regularly update our internal systems with insights from technical issues and valuable customer conversations.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Share feature requests and clever workarounds with the team to keep our product evolving.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Excite our customers by informing them about the latest features and functionalities as soon as they're available.
  • Ensure Resolution: Follow up with customers to ensure everything is running smoothly on their end.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Versatile support skills: Handling calls, chats, and emails requires flexibility.
  • A customer-centric approach: We are all about our customers – you should be too.
  • Tech-savviness: Familiarity with help desk software and remote support tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills: Fluency in both English and Hindi is required.
